We were very pleased with the service. Eli was extremely professional; he communicated with us every step of the way. Before and during the process, very prompt. Responding to texts and phone calls. Did I say he respected our property? He did. We were very, very happy with the job. And would highly recommend him to anybody else who is looking for this type of service.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I have received. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to my issue has been very difficult to work with. The initial cleaning did not resolve the problem, and I am still experiencing ongoing issues that continue to affect my interactions with both the HOA and my landlord. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have been unable to get a clear or timely response. Each time I reach out, I am told the technician will return the following week?only for the timeline to be pushed further each time. This lack of follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter.

Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for the delay on getting back to your project. We did throughly go over your stains 3 times. The chances of us going back and doing the same thing and expecting different results are highly unlikely. We will give it another tried as you requested. However we have been experiencing a high volume of project. Which is a good sign or trust in our work and is not an excuse for the delay of your case. We appreciate your patience and your business.

This company did a great job. They even came out the next day to finish up something after the pavers dried up. I would definitely highly recommend them to be used. Very professional.

Tech showed up, argued with my fiance about the scope of the job (we?d already shared the details and got it approved), worked for 2 minutes before he said he ?had to get gas? and left for ~30 minutes. Came back, let working, continued to fight us about the scope of the job, and then had to call his boss to figure out how we could pay them. Oh, while also saying I ?don?t know how to use? the payment system (spoiler alert: he was wrong, I was right). Can?t believe I paid $250 for this.

Eli and his team did a fantastic job. They explained what was going to happen and how. They did a few extra things like washing down my trash cans. They were neat in their process. I would and will hire them again and I recommend them to all.
