I am beyond happy we found Doug from Elegance in Surface Concepts when looking to install a farmhouse sink which required custom cutting of our existing granite countertop and modification to our cabinets. Doug is the exact expert we needed to complete this job given cutting existing granite countertops is no easy task and can be daunting to anyone not experienced with this type of work. From the first time we spoke, met to go over the project and to the actual custom work, we had the upmost confidence in Doug. He is hands down the most professional, detailed and talented person who has ever done work in our home. The finished project exceeded our expectations and we look forward to working with him again in the near future.

Doug from the Toms River office did the repair on my chipped granite. He showed up on time, he made sure he coved all the cabinets and the floors were he would be working. Good work in a timely fashion.

I used the Pittsburgh office of Jeff Lape and his crew. He was very reliable and attentive. If he said he was going to do something, he did it! He gave me a lot of good design ideas, and helped me select the cabinets, countertops, and flooring. The finished kitchen was beyond my wildest expectations. Itâ s fun to see the amazed reactions of people when I show them the new kitchen. Hiring Jeff was one of the best decisions I ever made.

We used the Pittsburgh branch, worked with Jeff Lape. Jeff and his crew did excellent work, communicated any issues as they found them, and accommodated all of our change requests. I have pretty high standards which is why I am always anxious when I hire a new contractor. Jeff and Jay exceeded all my expectations and they are first on my list for any future projects.
