Reviews
Write a ReviewEd is very friendly and easy to work with. He does good work and I highly recommend him.
Ed was timely, finished when he promised, very neat and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone
He knows what he is doing it was the best service I have ever had with sealing my driveway I will recommend him to anybody
I normally don't leave negative reviews but don't want to see other people have a bad experience. I paid $500 to have the cracks filled and the driveway sealed. The coverage of material was lacking and did not fill or even cover some spots. I wish I could upload photos to show the work. They used black granules to fill the cracks that holds grass clippings and anything that blows across the driveway. The excess granules are laying loose on the driveway and weren't swept off after sealing causing your feet to slide on the blacktop, not a good situation with bicycles or motorcycles. The granules also stick to our feet tracking them into the cars and house. I wish I had never hired this company.
This customer is very unreasonable. For starters, he called me and tried to throw an entire extra driveway onto the job for free. Something which I explained to him I cannot do. The price of $500 that he did pay me is $200 less than the originally discussed price. I had no contract and took the man at his word so shame on me I suppose. Lastly, he expected to not be able to see any cracks whatsoever. Which I, my father and, my brother explained to him over the phone and in person multiple times, that you cannot make a crack in your driveway simply go away. You can patch them, fill them, even with a hot rubber. But they will always be there.
Very professional company, will use again. Neighbors have asked for company info, to contact.
Ed was absolutely wonderful! His work is awesome!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
He did not take steps to protect my house or other items while spraying deck. He did come back and try to clean up his mess but unable to get it all cleaned up. It took him two weeks to return to make it right so I waited on him several days. He did call or text late in the days I was expecting him. If he would have taped off my siding, plies and railing none of the damage would have been done and he would have saved himself from making trips back to try and correct.
I came back on 5 separate occasions to fix this customers issues. Cleaned up all the overspray spots. I touched up areas that weren't even part of the original agreed upon job. The spots that she calls "missed" is where her 3 giant dogs scratched up the wood. Still I touched these up as well. The last time I came out, the woman told me she'd give me a good review for all my efforts. And she has not. She is dishonest and very devious. I wish I had never taken on this project.
Me. Normile was professional and flexible in scheduling the work (sealing my driveway). The driveway was sealed on the agreed date and the driveway looks great.
Personable guy. Patio looks great. Exactly what we wanted. Anxious to see that it holds up for years.
Did a good job.
