Fair pricing, fair and smart solutions, excellent customer service and work! Not everyone can say that about their roofing contractor, but I'm very pleased with their work and service. Nice 10 warranty for a patio roof that leaked 5 years after the previous contractor had re roofed it. Eco Roofing people are great - their sales people, their project managers, their field personnel. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE ECO ROOFING SOLUTIONS! I had to contact the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) to get them to fix their shoddy work, then they demanded I withdraw my complaint for them to come back and fix the problems they created! The ROC investigates contractors, such as ECO, who do not perform work in a professional and workmanlike manner. The ROC assesses civil penalties and can suspend or revoke licenses. The ROC state agency told them to fix their work, including an IMPROPERLY INSTALLED a bent and damaged Gas B-vent pipe, which is needed for safe furnace operation. A bad gas B-vent can be very dangerous as it can lead to CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING by allowing combustion gases to LEAK INTO YOUR HOME instead of being properly exhausted outdoors. They were also told to fix their improperly applied mortar which was cracking and crumbling, and to haul away roofing items they previously refused to take away. SEE THE PICTURES OF THEIR WORK. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Kept work area yard very clean. Blew debris at end of work day so my yard looked better than what we had it. Had 7 roof estimates and their detailed proposal sealed the deal. Would highly recommend. A+
