Earthtone stands behind their work like no other company I have ever worked with. My roof was replaced in March of 2018. A few years later a skylight started leaking and Mike was onsite and fixed it the same day. Then yesterday (8/21/2024) I found an issue with the roof and Mike had a crew onsite first thing today to fix it. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike and Earthtone for your roofing needs.

Field versus office help did not communicate explanations changed all the time, bid was confusing and very hard to deal with the office help. Failed to honor second part of bid. This project was not the roof but a second hire for a deck replacement and window replacement.

Earthtone is a really solid local (Olympia) company that delivers a quality project on time, on budget and with solid attention to the customer. In our case, Earthtone's proposal was the lowest price (among 3), and from that point on, everything else was top-notch. The work crews were on time, professional in appearance and conduct; and good communicators with us during the project. Five stars with no hesitation!

Mike stays in good touch with us and keeps me informed of their schedule. The work is done on time. The repair solutions are very practical.
