We selected Easy Accents over other companies because they had a nice selection at a reasonable price. But we ran into several problems with our floors and the company took a long time and multiple trips to address them. They neglected the finishing touches that make your floor look exceptional (leaving shoe molding unpainted, not caulking, gashes put in the wall). The house was left a mess. The owner seemed very disconnected from the work his contractors were doing and was extremely resistant to coming to our house to see the things we felt needed fixing. I would not recommend this company to others looking to buy hardwood floors.

This was a difficult situation. The customer bought brazilian walnut flooring from us. We did not know but there was a moisture content problem with the wood. The manufacturer went out of business and their warranty was no good. It is not our warranty but we removed all the defective wood and replaced it at our cost. Though I explained this to the customer, I don't think they understood that we ate the cost for the removal, the new wood and the labor to install the new. The workers did miss a couple of spots but we took care of them in a timely fashion. We ate more than $4000 because it was the right thing to do. I would do it again.

They were very helpful in picking out the floors to match our existing hardwoods. We also had some heavy furniture. They were able to work around the furniture and move it around. This was a relief because we originally thought we would have to hire extra movers. The floors look great!

For starters, Easy Accents was the first to call and the first to come by for an estimate. I appreciated their service in that regard. Second, the staff was NOT pushy about their service. I thought they were very honest in their suggestions about what we needed for the job. The work completed was on-time and the results were great. In addition to flooring, they also offered a paint crew that was able to paint the outside of my house. Again, they did a great job. And the final test....we put our home on the market and it sold in 6 days for asking price. I think that was a testimate to the work of Easy Accents.

Kenneth Rabideau was professional and easy to work with throughout our entire project. We had new hardwood floors installed in our kitchen and bathroom, and our existing wood flooring was sanded and refinished to match. We also had work completed on our staircase. He impressed us from the beginning by quickly responding to our inquiry and following up with us after his in-home estimate. His prices were reasonable and the quality of work completed was excellent. We were especially impressed with the quality of the wood floor installation. Ken went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the work being done.
