Communication with top management was terrible. Calls, emails, hand-delivered letters not answered. Ordering materials delayed 10 days due to no returned calls; Pushed completion out 30 days. Designer, salesman, and managers not on the same page ever throughout the project. Be aware of upselling on materials and fixtures. Final price 21% than the quote. We were talked into more expensive items, our bad. Tile work and plumbing were above excellent. Beautiful. Cabinetry and vanity installed by real craftsmen look great. Painting, wall prep OK. Painters scratched tub and painted on the surface, making it look used. Repair polishing was acceptable but still noticed. More protection of installed fixtures is advised. We are satisfied with the final result, but we will not put up with the management again. - James M.

Christian and his team were great. The work site was always clean and orderly. Were respectful of property. Work was done n time. Were respectful and followed schedule. All questions and concerns addressed promptly and to satisfaction. Beautiful workmanship. Staff was respectful, friendly and professional. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Wonderful.

If I have any "issues" at all about them for our bathtub to shower project it is their customer contact/scheduling. On three different occasions, their workers showed up with no call, no contact of any kind. Just by coincidence, someone was home. Otherwise, while the project was a higher price than we wanted to spend (aren't they all?), all of the work was of superior quality and done in a timely manor. The new shower is GREAT!!!

I was in the process of deciding who to hire for my bathroom remodel and was overwhelmed with all of the tile choices and options. I soon figured out that I would have to do a lot more work than I had time or ability to do. EZ Pro Baths was one of the Home Advisor recommended contractors. I called them and instead of them telling me to come see them , they came to see me. They asked about my thoughts, styles I I liked and basic colors etc. We then went to their show room where they showed ussome recommendations, tiles, floor, shower, faucets, tub etc. My husband went in a completely different direction than I thought and they immediately put those ideas into a plan for us. Next the EZ Pro crew and all sub contractors were fantastic from demo to finish. Everyone was so professional and pleasant. They put a key box on the door so they could work regardless if we were home or not. We felt very comfortable leaving my house while they were working. Christian Canales - our project manager made sure everything went exactly as it should. He did not seem to get annoyed at me at all when I would peek in to see how things were going or ask questions. They started the job on time and finished as planned. I liked having the Builder Trend calendar so I knew what they would be doing every week and how they were progressing. I could send or receive messages through this calendar and approved any change notices. And by the way, The only changes were made by me. My husband are so thrilled with our new bathroom. I just stand in it and look around at what a difference it has made. We highly recommend this company.

The finished product is very nice.

I was very pleased with the remodeling of my bathroom. It looks great! The workers were friendly but professional. I was informed regularly about progress and changes. I would definitely recommend this company.
