The work was done a year ago. In the shower this morning, I thought about how happy I am with how this remodel project, and decided it was time to share my satisfaction with the work done by Ken and his crew. Excellent design, planning, materials, and execution.

Love the pre design presentation to have a vision of what you are going to get and to make choices there. The work is very nice and the guys were there almost everyday to get the work done promptly. You would get a response from someone on the team pretty quickly if you had any concerns. Very good responsive team. Great job.

They finished right on time.I was having some back surgery done and needed the job done by a certain date.They did a great job ,right on top of things .I am enjoying my new bathroom. What is cool about EZpro they make everything easy for you. They have this truck with everything you need to design your new bathroom just steps from your front door. Ken and Jan are great to work.

Very expensive - almost double the initial estimate. Ken uses many sub-contractors but unable to give you a definite daily start time - which means your up early every day just in case someone shows up.Sub contractors very polite and would discuss what they were doing. He gives you a final bottom line cost but no specific item charges.

EZPro is always interested in continuos and never ending improvement. We view any review that is less than 5 stars as an opportunity to learn and improve our service. The cost of the job was exactly as agreed upon for two bathrooms. The cost was in line with market prices. There was some concealed damage to the master shower as it had been leaking for many years. That required extra work. The extra charge was $250. Our type of work requires access to the job site from 8-5. This was and is explained to each customer and all agree before any work is started. We know this can be hard for elderly clients so we try to finish ASAP.

Very professional, prompt, knowledgeable. Most impressed by the fact that have an "in-house" design person to help with the selection and layout. They came to our home with a trailer containing samples of everything and a virtual presentation that allows you to view the finished product in color.

Ken, Jen and all the workers were absolutely fantastic. They took care of any problems that arose immediately! We love our new bathrooms. It was rather expensive but as they say, you get what you pay for. All of the work was done in a professional manner and on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to remodel their bathrooms - mine look awesome!

contractors are polite, clean and efficient. If I had any questions I texted the general contractor and he got right back to me. It was more expensive than I'd originally wanted to spend but, quality work and love my bathroom.
