I had some difficulties, not with the work, but with the proper materials being ordered. The problem was handled very professionally by the owner and I was compensated for the inconvenience. I recommend them and would hire them again. The new shower looks great!

Installers were very considerate telling us what they were doing and asking question on cut points for the panels, height etc. Plus asking us where to install the safety bars etc very nice gentlemen

Project: Install or Replace a Bathtub In the Master Bathroom we had our old shower removed and replaced with a linen closet, also at the same time EZBATH was to install a new shower in a different location within the Master Bathroom. This complete installation took approximately 3 months from date of signing the contract. EZBATH had to come out two times on the closet as the newly installed closet was not square and had to be completely redone. Not sure if the installer was licensed but the closet work was not up to standards the first time. The installers second trip corrected this issue. Although the owner was very cooperative in solving numerous issues during this 3 month time frame, the installers that came to the house were also apologetic; however EZBATH had to be called, to my house, numerous times due to a variety of other issues which included shower problems. The sales person failed to write down the color of the shower pan we requested so when the shower came in the pan was white and not the color we requested. I guess that was my fault as I didnt notice that he had not written down the color we requested. A new pan was ordered; however, according to one of the installers, the new pan that came in was not the type of pan required for our shower. The installer had to fill 7 gaps in the pan with silicone to prevent any water leaking behind the shower. Since the pan was incorrect the installer had to modify the shower frame so the doors would fit correctly. The S-Curved doors were installed incorrectly as water coming from the shower head would splash through the opening of the doors since our shower head is located on the left side of the shower. The EZBATH pictures show the shower heads located on the right side of their showers which would have worked out just fine as the gap between the doors would not be open to the water coming out of the shower head. The owner came out and wanted to reverse the shower doors but accidently chipped one of the doors. That door had to be reordered again and this took about 10 days. This time the owner contracted a glass installer to reinstall the doors correctly. Most every time we had issues a different installer would show up who was not familiar with the work the previous installer had completed. There were only 3 installers that had the knowledge of what they were doing but the other installers did not take the time to install properly. Since it wasnt their home I had the impression it was only a job for them. I contacted the owner, once by phone and two times by email, and requested another bottom glass door guide. When I first called the owner he told me he would order that part and have it sent to my home. I then contacted him 2 more times by email with no response from him. I havent seen that part in the mail yet and it has been about 4 weeks since the first contact with the owner. The sales person, who sold us the shower, told us we would need to pay the full amount before they would order

The products ordered by this customer was custom order to the customers specification. When we received the order in the customer changed there mind on the color of the pan. At no cost to the customer, we ordered a new pan and installed it for the customer. We did our best to satisfy this customer and address all of the issues that were perceived by the customer. Along with our manufacture we stand behind all of our products and warranty them against any defects. We hope all of our customers are blessed!

Although the owner was very nice and the contractor that came to my house was very apologetic, they had to be called to my house FOUR times due to plumbing issues. (During the first week!!) Initial install was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. But we had issues with the water supply leaking at different connections, causing flooding from that bathroom that leaked through to my kitchen. As well as a door that was not hung properly and had to be readjusted when they were called back out. With such great customer service I wish I could give them a higher ranking. But when I hire someone to do a job, I expect it to be done right ... the FIRST time.

The people that installed the shower knew exactly what they were doing. They completed the shower installation in a timely manner and cleaned up their mess before they left my house
