I strongly recommend you go elsewhere for your bathroom remodeling needs. I signed 2 contracts on 7/15/20 and made a 50% down payment to get two bathrooms remodeled in my home. My installations were scheduled for 8/25/20 and 8/26/20. Glass work for my master bathroom was contracted to M&M Glass, whose representative told me it would take 2 additional weeks to get the glass walls after the measurement was taken on 8/26/20. I called my production manager at EZ Baths and explained this was contrary to what the salesperson had communicated (2 days) and would appreciate it if the glasswork was expedited. He promised to look into it. I paid the remaining 50% on both bathrooms on 8/26/20 and the checks were cashed by EZ Baths by 9/1/20. I began calling EZ Baths on 9/11/20 when my glass walls had still not arrived, each time being told my production manager would get back. I was not after 3 calls (on three separate days) and highlighting that EZ Baths was failing to uphold their end of the contract that my production manager returned my call. He said M&M was delayed due to covid. It was not until 10/2/20 that M&M installed the glass. While discussing the fact that the wrong glass was installed, I noticed on their ticket that the order was placed on 9/16/20 (well after I had started to call and ask about my glass wall). In a nutshell, EZ Baths would have taken the money and left an incomplete job if I had not said anything. Raising the issue about the wrong wall being installed, my production manager communicated on 10/12/20 he was working with M&M to replace the glass wall. It was not until 11/13/20 that the wrong walls were removed. My production manager had said M&M would measure for the correct walls on 11/16/20, for which reason I decided to work from home only to find out after calling M&M that they had nothing scheduled for me on that day. I made my own appointment for measurement on 11/17/20. I texted my production manager to request an update on 11/20/20 and got no reply. Fortunately got a call from M&M on 12/8/20 to schedule installation on the next day. It was not until 12/9/20 that I got the right wall installed and the job completed. The workers/contractors are great but the production management and logistics side of the organization is awful. I was without a functioning master bathroom for 15 weeks and my production manager had no sense of urgency about this. My experience was terrible and I would not recommend them. Also worth noting that I have submitted two reviews directly to their website and they have not been posted (perhaps because my rating was less than 5 stars) even though several others (all with 5 stars) have been accepted and posted within that time.

I trusted the salesman. The guys did not complete the job and left the junk on my porch. One of the guys was to come by that Saturday to complete it but never did. I called the salesman to let him know so could fix it, but he did not

tech who installed tub & tub surround was on track. Highly qualified. Product not best in the world. I think tub was too high in price, product not the impressive quality I would expect for what I paid for it. definetly will not use EZ bath in the future.

There were no unforeseen problems. John, the technician was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and "hardworking". Mike the representative who handled our order was also very knowledgeable and helpful. My business with E Z Bath was scheduled and delivered on time. Your "one day" installation was done as promised with a completed job. John and Mary Ferguson

Antoine and Jeremy had our leaking marble tub and marble enclosure torn out and replaced with their products in 6 1/2 hours from start to completion! God blessed us through EZ Baths from the sales rep, Steve to the installers! We are so very grateful...
