I had trouble paying him in full using an app. When that happened he was angry and threatened to tear out everything if I did not pay him in full right away. He was giving me a one-hour time limit.
Response from Company:
You are a dishonest person who left just before the job was done and kept telling me tomorrow. I will pay and try to ignore us when reaching out. and you only paid days later because I told you I would call the homeowner that you claimed to be when you were just the property manager who gets estimates cheaper than what you told the homeowner it would cost so that you can steal from old people who trusted you because they do not know any better. And only after I told you I would call the city for not paying for labor. I would have no problem with you had you told me from the start it would take a few days to pay. You are upset u could not hustle.

They were beyond awesome. Evan went out of his way multiple times to make sure I was getting what I wanted and trying to get me the best price. He answered every call and question I had and kept me informed the whole time. He stuck to his timeline, and most importantly, the work he did is incredible!

Great group of guys. They work so hard and are so good at what they do. They were pleasant around the house as they got the project done. I love my floors now. They installed wood in my living room and family room. Installed tile in my kitchen and dining area. I love it! Eternally grateful!

You should be so lucky to have ESS do your floors. Perfect in every detail. Made my floor and stairs look like they were out of a better home and garden.
