We recently had both our roof and vinyl siding replaced and couldn't be happier with the experience. The price was very competitive, the crew worked quickly, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up thoroughly each day, and both the roof and siding look fantastic. As a woman homeowner, I especially appreciated being treated with respect and as the decision-maker throughout the project. Everyone was professional, answered my questions directly, and took the time to explain things clearly. It's not always easy to find a contractor who combines fair pricing, quality work, professionalism, and great customer service, but this company delivered on all of it. I would highly recommend them.

While the process took some coordination at times, the team was always responsive when needed and made sure any concerns were addressed. They worked hard, stayed professional throughout the process, and also worked well with our homeowners insurance to help get everything handled. We truly appreciate all of their hard work and would recommend them to others looking for roofing services!

3 different companies reached out to me, EMJ was the first to respond and come out, quoted me a price, no pressure when I said I have 2 more companies coming out to give estimates, one company didn't want to do patch work, tried to sell me a whole roof, the other company came said I had a high roof they'll get back, left never heard back. My townhome is 3 stories high above ground, Luis was my contact from EMJ, he came out understood what I wanted, didn't pressure me into anything, we did the contract, unfortunately it rained all that week we had scheduled, but the first clear day, I got text from Luis saying the guys were at my home doing the work, I was at work myself...I thought that was cool. The customer service was excellent, responsive and NO PRESSURE!

We were referred to EMJ Contractors thru Angi's List. They reached out to me immediately, met with me and provided a comprehensive estimate within a very short period. The contractor rep assigned, Luis Sanguino was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive to all communication. Once we agreed on the work and I gave them a deposit, they started work right away (only delayed one day for weather, as the work was outside). They worked for 2 days with several workers, provided excellent repairs and cleaned up the area of all debris after the work was completed. Luis met with me after the job was complete to do a walk-thru and I paid him promptly. Based on this experience with EMJ Contractors, I would hire this contractor again for additional work with no reservation. Their promptness, work, communication, and overall customer service was excellent.

Vinyl siding on one side of the house was blown off by high winds. The cost estimate was appropriate and reasonable and the workers were very professional.

I had a great customer experience with this company. I was quoted a price that was $800 less than other quotes. Enrique was on time and took care of my torn siding. The whole process was easy, and he offered some good advice. I gave him a good tip as well for the good work. I would definitely refer this company, and I will be using him again.

I was impressed with the professionalism of EMJ. They came out the next day, gave me a reasonable quote and completed the work the following week. No more leaky roof. I highly recommend them.
