They moved a little Japanese maple that was too close to the house and it s now a star with its own space. Will have them back in Spring to fix the backyard. "My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. "Mark did an outstanding job on our front and back yard. Due to COVID-19, we changed our wedding plans and decided to get some landscaping done in order to have a small backyard wedding. Initially, our yard was overrun with weeds and dead trees with deep roots. Mark sketched us a design that included all plant options, met with us to discuss the plan, and was very honest with timing and fair with pricing. In a matter of 6 weeks, Mark transformed our yard into the Garden of Eden! He was patient and insightful and had excellent suggestions for planting and placement.
