Very disappointed. The salesman, Fabio, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the scope of the job but the technician that showed up to do the job was on another level. I had been promised they woul cover things with plastic, clean up after their work, spray and sanitize with an anti mold cleaner etc. What actually was done did not follow that. No plastic on floor and mold and dust just covered everything. He didn?t even have a vacuum just a broom which ground the mold even more into the tiles of my floor. When he did cover some things with plastic, the plastic was not removed in such a way that prevented the debris from being dumped on my furniture! I never smelled any kind of spray and with the air conditioner going full blast, I think you would certainly smell any chemical if it was applied. I am not confident the ducts are cleaned. I never received any before/ after pictures.

The worker was very clean and polite. I would hire him if I ever have need of his services, He did a very good job. Very nice young man.

The guy Fabio was nice, showed me the problem areas and said there was mold in the vents, which I figured because I smelt it and it affects my asthma. The guy who came to do the cleaning was rude and had 0 customer service skills. He finished and the home smelt okay and then it got worst. I contacted Fabio and informed him and he said he would send someone else out and would let me know what day. That was September and it?s now November. I spent $1,000 for a 2b 2b unit ducts to get cleaned and I believe it was a waste.

Our tech was Jason and he was very personable and professional. He did a great job and cleaned all the popcorn ceiling up that got knocked down. We will be telling others to hire duct depot!

Received 4 quotes. 3 people came to my home, 1 wanted to be paid $98 to come out and hook up vacuum system then eval how much more it would cost. The man from Duct Depot came with tools in hand and a ladder, removed vents, took pictures of insides, etc. then showed me pictures of how they would cover everything before cleaning, exampled exactly what they would do in the process. Only one other opened up the A/C. Yes, they were the highest cost, but they performed.!
