He was great. Worked very hard and kept his promise of cleaning the dryer, all vents, and taking videos of it all. My vents were hard to reach so he went into the attic to do so. Well worth doing this yearly.

Service was excellent. Communication on what needed to be done and pricing was clear. Carlos was very knowledgable, diagnosed the problem correctly, had the right equipment on hand, fixed everything so it worked perfectly, and cleaned up and left the place spotless. He is very thoughtful and polite. We intend to use his services again and highly recommend him to others.
