Carlos is the consummate professional. Showed up on time, well-prepared, knowledgeable, ready to help. I will use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is polite, smart and got this job done... just fantastic! He took the time to document the blockage and was able to demonstrate clearly that the entirety of the ductwork was clear. The business is specific and very much needed! I took a chance on them through an ad I saw and I am so happy I did. Carlos came to do the work and was extremely professional, clear in explaining his process, and efficient in getting it done. The before-and-after photos were not only a nice touch, they documented a job very well done! Highly recommended.

Carlos was thorough and professional. He identified and showed me the problem, and then worked in a tight space behind attic air conditioning unit to repair/replace a damaged duct (the damage was caused by careless installation of the previously mentioned AC unit). I definitely recommend his business.
