I hired Drake Development to replace doors in my home. The first door replacement was outstanding. The problems came with the second door replacement. I got one estimate for the door, thigh I thought was the full amount. Evidently, the painting and framing were not included. Dick sent a painter to my house unannounced and with no quotes estimate. I kept asking for a quote and never got one. The painter to 10 hours to paint the trim. I was charged $250.00 for the trim painting inside and out. The painter charged me $25.00 and hour. He charged me for going to buy paint twice because Home Depot did not mix it correctly. The was about $50.00 to go but paint. The picture show the bad job done. The bottom wood framing piece was not the one originally shown to me by Dick. I do not like it. Overall, the second project was not good. There are pieces of framing that need painting again. Dick defended his painted by saying he is a perfectionist and needed to take his time. The results speak .

Richard was great! He helped me patch a drywall hole and run some cabling through the wall. He did a great job for us and I’d hire him again!

He arrived on time—if not earlier—and was able to come out the same day, which was greatly appreciated since the work needed to be done as soon as possible. He was very accommodating to the urgency of same-day service and extremely affordable, especially since we only needed a shelf hung properly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Richard!

Richard is a great honest and super professional. He did three jobs at my house. Very efficient in time and outcome. Everything he did was perfect. So i am very satisfied and i have confidence to recommend him. The cost was fair and for me as a customer good value for money.
