Dr. Air & Heat was fast and efficient. We had a whole new system installed the same day! They put down drop cloths on the path to the A/C unit then vacuumed up the bits and pieces with a shop vac. Then they requested the use of my “regular vacuum cleaner” to finish the clean up!!! Three got my vote.
Great response and awesome job I will use them again
The pro did a great job. So far I'm satisfied with the work. They were a little pricey but if it lasts, I'll be ok.
Definitely would recommend this company for AC repair and maintenance. My unit is OLD. The tech came in honest and patient. Explained everything until I understood. I had just had a very high quote ($479) from another company. He not only fixed and replaced the capacitor for $150 but offered recommendations to keep my old unit running for as long as possible. Then the owner gave me just as much feedback when I called in with questions about a maintenance plan. When I do buy a new unit, this company will be TOP of my list.
He did a good job and knew what was going on. And did not take too long.
Pro got the job done right. Arrived on time as promised and very friendly and professional. I’m recommending them if anyone needs great work! Definitely will call them again
I posted my project on Angi after business hours and David called within minutes. After a quick conversation with David, he dispatched Gayle for the following morning. Gayle showed up when expected and quickly diagnosed the issue. He offered two solutions and discussed the risk/benefits of both. I really like that he didn't push for a major component replacement as the only solution. I'm extremely DIY and this is my first time hiring a professional of any trade other than medical professionals. These guys have my trust and my endorsement.
I’m very happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician. He was on time, got right to work diagnosing the HVAC troubles and quoted a reasonable amount for the repair job. He had to go purchase a capacitor and a switch but was quick to return and install them. He performed the necessary maintenance too. I will definitely call this company again for any HVAC needs.
The fan on our condenser had stopped running. We have a PM contract with a bigger name company, so we called them first to diagnose the problem. The solution they proposed was a full system replacement because the compressor motor had failed. That seemed like the last-choice option, so I posted a description of the issue on Angi. David Reyna texted quickly, then called to discuss our project and clarify what we needed. In less than three hours, his technician, Gael, was at our house. He was really professional and personable. Within an hour, our AC condenser was up and running. We were happy with everyone we dealt with and would use Dr. Air & Heating Services again. I've already recommended them on Nextdoor.
