Very friendly employees, had to have my whole house re-plumbed. This job requires a lot of wholes being put into my walls, I was expecting a BIG mess. But they keep everything as neat and clean as possible under the circumstances.

Ken Dorian himself visited my home to check the installation area of the new hot water heater and he personally assessed the pathway for the installation crew to ensure a safe and correct fitting of the model Iâ ve chosen. He also delivered the new unit and collected the old one. His crew worked diligently to ensure the optimum functionality of the water heater and I am very pleased with Kenâ s follow up to complete the process including the arrangements for the permit and the inspection of the job by the city of Naples.

Ken Dorian (the owner) visited personally and checked the location of the hot water heater installation, explained in detail the whole process, including the permit application and evaluated the access path for crew to ensure the safe and functional execution of the progress. Ken participated actively in the transfer of the new water tank into my home and the removal of old one. Following the successful installation, Ken called me to review the functionality of the new equipment and arrange for the inspection of the project by the City Building Inspector. I'll be glad to refer Dorian Plumbing to my neighbors for their contractual plumbing needs
