Chad at Doneright Pavers is excellent. Would recommend them highly. His estimate was right on and we made some improvements and additions along the way and he was very upfront and fair with additional costs. Helio and his crew did an outstanding job and left the job site as clean as when they started. Would recommend them highly and if I ever need to use them again I will not need to talk to any other contractors. They were that good

Done Right Pavers Did an Amazing Job! First let me say that the owner Chad knows his business and knows his craft. The advice and counsel I got from him was not only smart but saved me money and improved the beauty of my courtyard. He has this amazing team of experienced craftsmen, (and yes, these are craftsmen, not just someone laying pavers), that are able to assess the needs of the entire job and get it done using technical skills and cosmetic treatments that will beautify your space. I got 3 estimates and then picked Done Right, partly because of the name and partly because Chad so quickly and expertly assessed my needs. I could not have made a better decision. We’re in the process of restoring an old townhouse and of all the projects we’ve done so far, I love this the best. My courtyard now looks so chic and contemporary but yet maintains the old-world craftsmanship that matches the house. Done Right Pavers lives up to their name! Before and after…

Outstanding job from start to finish !!! The paver project turned out absolutely amazing and was completed in the time frame I was told. Chad is very professional and reliable, and did high-quality exceptional work. I highly recommend Done Right Pavers and would certainly use them again .

Done Right Pavers took a deposit of $3,000 on Jan 9th. For the next 2 weeks the start date continued to be moved due to other projects. By Jan 22nd I had requested a refund. At that time, I was trying to be gracious towards Chad, and offered him $300 for his time, process the refund to card. He said he would.
Response from Company:
We are sorry that this project didn?t work out for Ricky. When he finally signed after a week of comparing bids, the weather was calling for rain and this was when the temperatures were below 40° even getting down to 19° with wind. We will not install Artificial Turf in any other condition other than the correct conditions. Ricky wanted the job done sooner than Weather allowed and canceled the job and asked for a refund..
