Very prompt on returning call, providing consultation, and installing once hired. Thoroughly walked through the advantages of his product and the training regimen. Recently I accidently cut through the wire and they were there the next morning to fix! Not much more you can ask for. Highly recommend.

Mark showed up on time and ready to go. He place the fence exactly where I wanted it. Sue & I set up a schedule for training my dog and within 4 days, I was able to feel comfortable letting my dog out without worrying about her running in the street. I would rate them 10 out of 10. They came on time and repaired my fence for the quoted service call price. They also returned two more times to take care of related problems at no charge. GREAT! But they did not return my last phone call.
