I was contacted by Anthony Hamilton after posting on HA what my need was. He was very professional and courteous. He took down my information. He quoted me a price that was very reasonable. We agreed upon a time for the service. He dispatched his team. They were timely, knowledgeable, thorough and fast. I would definitely hire this company again.

Offered expertise in selecting best solution for video security system at neighborhood pool including trying to utilize existing residential-grade system. When that didn't work, they offered a new commercial-grade system that has performed very well. Worked long hours to install and offered excellent training in the use of the new system. Will call upon them again.

Price discussed over the phone was significantly less than what was asked for when the installers showed up. Could have been a misunderstanding of what the job entailed, but I believe I was clear on the phone. The workmen that showed up were outstanding, professional and courteous. My disappointment was certainly not with the installers, it was the management.
Response from Company:
This customer still had partial work done to his system and no charge was made to the customer. He did not state the expectations over the phone correctly and forgot to mention several labors needed to complete the job. He mentioned the additional labor after the installation was already started. Since he was unhappy with the revised price quote onsite, we cleaned up and left as per the customers request. We never charged the customer for anything and assumed full responsibly even though he was the one to add labors after agreeing to the job terms.
