Anthony, Nick and Kevin came out to do a 2 line network cable install. They arrived on time and through every form of communication always very polite and professional. They stayed until the job was done to my satisfaction and when they were done everything was cleaned and placed back in its proper place as if they were never here. I would strongly recommend Digitally Defined to anyone and will be hiring them again for future projects.

Anthony was great and his team worked efficiently and professionally. I thought the price was reasonable and they do a good job of letting you know an accurate quote before scheduling service. The only reason i gave less than 5 stars on one category was because when I went to install my outside speakers, they had accidentally pulled one of the wire drops out of place so I had to crawl through the attic to drop it back through the hole. I would hire them again in the future.

Anthony came to our house and gave generously his time and advice. It seems that our system required a certified technician and he did not have a current employee certified to help us. As I called other companies I learned similar information. Anthony was so knowledgeable I called on him again and he kindly help me identify another comoany. Anthony did not charge me for any of his time or advice. He was so wonderful I can't say enough about how grateful I am for his guidance and advice. I highly recommend this company. I was genuinely impressed with the customer service..beyond expectations
