I met with HSC to discuss the project, and the consultation went very well with HSC providing options for me to consider that I hadn’t thought of. Mr. Rodas was exceptional to work with, gave and honest and fair estimate, and day of work arrived 15 minutes early went over work and during work had me come out and check area to be poured, to check rebar, and after final product. His workers worked and did not waste time. This project was completed in 4 hours total. We are totally satisfied and recommend Luis Rodas and L&I Concrete Construction without reservations. "I gotta say, our new paver patio came out amazing! Prior to hiring Four Season Pavers, I had a bunch of questions about the job. Victor answered all to my satisfaction and he always picked up the phone when I had other questions. We picked Holland Stone with a 45 degree Herringbone design, which requires a lot of cutting. Victor's team took 2 days and a morning to break and remove a medium concrete slab, prep, cut and lay these pavers out perfectly on a fairly large area. At the end of day two, I came across pile of rejects. Not every piece of stone can be cut perfectly, sometimes they chip or break. This is when I discovered that Victor's team cared about quality, as to not use below standard pieces. I will definitely call them back for some other areas around the house."
