Was very friendly and knowledgeable but cameras installed too low and can be easily hacked which they were. Had various error messages brought to his attention but he didn't fix or investigate any of them. Finally got network unreachable error and couldn't get him to fix that making the system unuseanle and couldn't get Michael Hanlon Jr at all! Made lots of call leaving messages and he never contacted me. He takes your money and keeps charging service fee but DOESNTfix it! DONT RECOMMEND!

I would like to say that Joann's review is no way accurate. This woman has some serious mental issues. All equipment was installed according to the industry standards. All equipment was covered by a three- year warranty. Joann continually cut video wires claiming someone cut them. Joann would get into the equipment and change the passwords and then she would forget the passwords. For the first three years we would go back and reset her passwords. Again she would change them. In order to be nice, we would go back and repair the damages she made. She was told that she would be charged a service charge if she kept up ruining her equipment. After numerous times repairing her self made problems, we told her that we would no longer be able to service her system. She started to call the equipment manufacturer support. They refused to deal with her as well. After several attempts to get her to pay her bill, I had to take her to the local Magistrate in which the Magistrate made her pay her bill. The first day we got to her home for the install, she was having a newer furnace in perfect working condition, removed be she said it was being hacked. We gave up on this person.

I reached out to these guys because I had an issue with my existing alarm and needed service. These guys focused all their energy on what my current problem was and not selling me a security system. I sent an email around 10:30pm and said my issue was critical and needed service first thing in the morning. About a half hour or less they texted me a telephone number of their technician to call right away if I so wished. I declined and I received a call at 6:30am with a tech ready to assist. We couldn't solve the issue over the phone and within an hour I had 2 techs at my house who solved my problem. Outstanding customer service! These guys were TOTALLY committed to solving my problem!
