Mark was prompt, professional and an all-around good guy. He completed the work in a timely manner...in fact, he was finished by noon time when he had estimated it would take untill 2:00 PM. He obviously knows the electrical trade very well, and I would recommend him to others.

After an electrical emergency came up on Columbus Day I needed an electrician. After 3 hours of calling different companies to beg for help I finally stumbled upon HomeAdvisor, wish I had done so much sooner. Within 5 minutes of signing up I received a call from Mark and he came out that afternoon. Very fast response, which was a relief after so much frustration at nobody being able/wanting to help out. It turned out to be a big job, but Mark worked with my landlord every step of the way. Thank you, I only wish HomeAdvisor was the first place I went that day.

Extremely nice person to deal with, very fast starting and completing the job. His pricing was very reasonable. The only issue I had was the old bathroom fan he removed was left in the attic, and 6 holes were drilled up into the laundry room floor trying to find a wall.

I did not hire them.....I purchased the whole package-generator and installation from Home Depot. Diamond was the installers that Home Depot sent. However. I was very pleased with both the installer and the installation.

Needed old 60A electrical service upgraded to 100A. Replaced mast, meter socket, and breaker box. Initial response was quick and estimate was accurate. Work was performed within a few days. Quality and attention to detail was very good. Mark also coordinated the work with PSNH. Overall the experience with both Diamond Electrical and HomeAdvisor.com was entirely positive. Would use their services again and recommend them highly.
