Comment: Need an estimate on correcting my flooding basement. House is 18 years old .never had water before but last 2 storms had water coming up from expansion seams in floor and from around the area where the wall and floor meet. Supposedly has a weep tile around foundation but there is no sump pump and there appears to be no area where the tile can run to daylight as the land around the house is fairly level except for the slight pitch away from the foundation..Caught the water at just about 6" before i realized we were having a flood. Had to use a submersible pump then a shop vac to clear water.Did this again with next storm but caught it at about an inch height but had to stay downstairs pimping as it came in for hours on end. Need this resolved
