I interviewed at least 8 candidates for my project. I chose Jonathan because I gave me impressions of trustworthy and very capable and someone I felt I could work with. Our project was to extend our kitchen and family room into our backyard. I wanted to have open space without any posts in the middle to support our second floor. Jonathan and his engineer came up with the solution with reasonable cost. We did not need any steel beam. He produced high quality work. I presented his plan to at least 11 GC for bidding the project. I did not recall even one negative feedback. They were all positive. They said the drawing was professional, very detailed and very clear. Our first city submittal came back with very few corrections and it was approved after the resubmit. I am very happy with his works and I would recommend him to anyone.

I worked with Architect Jonathan Ma. He is very nice, prompt and replies to all my messages/phone calls. His plan got approved in first submittal with very small correction. I will give 6 *s out of 5. Highly recommend.

Jonathan at Design X did a great work on my home remodeling plan, he is a very detailed, knowledgeable and professional architect. His deliverables were on time with high quality. He answered every question clearly and thoroughly. He actively communicate with the city to get better understanding on all the details. I recommend him.
