First time I have used this service, they cleaned out the planting bed and trimmed all the shrubs. Cleaned up all the trimmings and weeds and left it looking beautiful. Arrived on time did the work promptly.

I have been using this lawn service since last summer and they do a great job at a reasonable price. The guy shows up same day every week and mows and very detailed.

As far as their crew, they are really good and professional. Very prompt in accommodating. Customer service is good. However you need to clarify things in writing. For example what would be covered and what not. They don't cover irrigation system and ask homeowner to get spots marked for extra cost. Discussed the situation with Kevin and was very dissatisfied the way he handled the situation. In fact should have paid him after inspecting the work. Hire him with caution.

I asked Mr. Ravi to have his irrigation service mark the sprinkler heads. This would greatly lesson the chances of any damage during our service. He chose not to because of their $50.00 service charge. He informed me later that week, we by accident hit a head. I informed Mr. Ravi we could not be held liable considering we asked him to have them marked do to this vary concern. Remaining professional. He and I agreed to split the cost. I regret Mr.Ravi was not happy with the way I handled the situation. We are very greatful for our customers and will always aim to please!!!
