Alex is a true professional and his work is great!

He was a very nice guy.

I initially hired Alex (Decorative Solutions) to fix a door at my personal residence. I had two other companies â fixâ the door in the past and the same issue kept cropping up over time. Alex came out and fixed the door and his fix has lasted. I was so impressed with Alex that I next hired him to fix a plumbing issue at one of my rental properties - that a plumber was unable to fix and I had him switch out some bathroom exhaust fans at another one of my units. Alex completed both of these new projects without delay and both of my tenants and myself were extremely happy with his work. Due to his excellent work quality and fair pricing - I will be using Alex again in the future when the need arises.

Alex did a first class job on the repairs at my momâ s house. We received a notice 3 days before Christmas from the insurance company to fix 4 items in the next 2 weeks or they will drop the home insurance. Alex came to the rescue, upgraded the Electrical panel, replaced the water heater, replaced some rotten wood on the fascade, and trim back some big trees 3 days before the die date. I have used Alex several times, he is always punctual, his estimates are the most reasonable, and the quality is top notch. I highly recommend Alex for any home improvement work.

I realize that we live in a day and time where it seems easier to replace rather than restore. Well, that was almost my only option until I hit the jackpot and found out about Alex(Decorative Solutions LLC) services. My issue was the front door to my home. They are double doors that over time the sun and Florida weather did their damage and my door became a visual eyesore. I called several door companies but none of them did restorations and they only wanted to sell me a new door. I honestly thought that I had no other choice but replace the doors. I figured I would try a home repair website(Angi) and there were several possible options but after reading all the reviews,I was mostly impressed by the reviews for Decorative Solutions LCC. I made my appointment and met with Alex, the owner of the company. He immediately informed me that my door is 100% worth restoring and that he was more than confident that he could make it look as good as new. He gave me a great quote and without hesitation, I hired him for the job. I was not able to be home while he did the job which took two days. He knew this prior to me leaving and during that time, he kept me updated and sent me photos of the progress. I was amazed by just looking at the photos. Needless to say, my doors are amazing looking and I couldnâ t be happier with his services!! I can say without any hesitation I will recommend his services to anyone who is in need of an all around handyman with a delicate touch for details. Alex is a constant professional with skills that one could admire and for that reason, I reiterate, I will recommend him to anyone in need of an all around handyman. I had two projects done by Alex (Decorative Solutions LLC). 1. Fence Door Installation 2. Front Door Repair. Alex accomplished both the work very smoothly and within my expected budget. I admired his dedication to finish the work with perfection and without any flaw. He answered all my queries and met all my requirements. Alex was very knowledgeable about the two jobs that he completed. He installed a new lock system on the back door. It works very smoothly. And he also secured the windows while the house is under improvement. Alex provided plywood covering for all the front windows which were a lot and the secured them in a different way because they were wider and longer than the wood. Thank you Alex for a great job. I will ask for you again.

Alex came to our home and installed a set of very heavy curtains for us, along with the rod. It sounds straightforward but we had a previous installer who was not able to do the job correctly. Alex spent a lot of time making sure all the measurements were correct and did not rush the job at all. The end result was perfect. We hope to call Alex back to our home for other tasks in the future!
