Dean's Drain Service

First of all he is nowhere near a pro! I hired him to do the plumbing for a kitchen remodel. He didn?t know what he was doing and when I called him out on it he insisted he did and demanded payment. I had to have someone else come in to finish the job, although that person was not willing to fix what Tyler had already done. 10 years later my sink won?t drain, and the dishwasher won?t drain and backs up into my sink. He has S pipes and all kinds of curves and didn?t use the right size of pipe. Over the years it has caused a major clog and I now have to spend $1,500-$2,000 to have it all replaced the right way. He may be able to do a simple unclogging, but I would never let him do any type of plumbing. He?s just not good and a smart ass. Plus he did something with the gas line and nearly blew up my house. He needs to go back to school or better yet find something else to do.

He is quick to respond and came out the same day to look at the job. He has now saved us twice. Once with the water heater and the other fixing sewage line. Very nice, does good work and is affordable. Definitely recommend.

Tyler is A Super Man Prompt Service

Tyler is personable individual and a creative problem solver. Our older basement floor drain is of a small diameter, making it impossible to send down a camera, much less an eel. Working from the outside of the house in, Tyler quickly found and removed a sizeable root ball. I would absolutely hire Tyler again.

He started off great (back in November) paid to start work on sewage line, all was great. He started. Then never came back. Wont answer. Wont show up. The ground is STILL ripped up and a section of the pipe that needs replaced is still there. My parents hired him for the property that I own. And he wont even answer or return my phone calls.

Tyler is the best! We had a difficult drain clog and he worked well into the evening to clear the drain. He was professional, pleasant, and very personable. Oh, and he called me back and came on the same day, even though I told him it was not an emergency. He is number one in our plumbing book!
