Our control panel lost programming and reset to factory defaults, making our pumps and all other scheduled features disabled. I got David's contact as a referral from a good friend. Not only did he answer first time calling, but spent 20 mintes on the phone with me to assess and mitigate the issue over the phone. David was easy to contact, schedule, and communicated every step of the way without fail. Most contractors tend to blow you off but he arrived on time for our appointment, had us back up and running within 30 minutes and went the absolute extra mile. Incredible first impression start to finish, and our family will be a customer of Ocean Pools for as long as we have one.

I can’t say enough great things about David and Terry! This husband and wife team is amazing! They made our experience with building a new pool a great one! Their decades of experience combined with their realness in their approach to pool build/maintenance has been incredible! The job was completed quicker than anticipated also! They put new tile on our pool and leveled out our deck. We couldnâ t be more happy how it turned out. Our pool looks brand new.
