I searched high and low to find a LOCAL company that could address our needs for wasp nest removal at our mountain cabin. I was endlessly frustrated to find that every lead I followed ended up being a national company that would "happily" sign me up for a year of service for hundreds of dollars. No thank you! David at TV Pest answered my call right away, offered a one-time service, and was there in two days. I couldn't be happier. David was professional , easy to work with and explained every thing that was going to happen. He did what he said and gave me his report of his findings. I will use them again if i have a need.

When I called him for a quote he said that he would cover up the MICE (they were voles) holes with dirt after he put the poison in the holes. He did not cover them up, he said there was not enough dirt out there. (The last time I called an exterminator, he brought some dirt to cover the holes). I asked him again to cover the holes so my dog wouldn 't get to any of the poison and he said he put a black box out there with poison so the voles would eat it and die, and there was no need to cover the holes because the poison was deep in the holes. I cannot tell if there are more holes out there now because the holes are all open and I don't know if they are new ones or not. The worker also came in through my house with his equipment with the poison instead of going thru the back yard while the gate was open in back. I will not use this company again even though they charged less money than other companies do. Now I know why he charged less because he did not complete the job.

Great group of professionals. We had a miscommunication on service vs billing address and the matter was resolved instantly with no fuss.
