Write a ReviewGood honest advice given regarding the possibility of opening my old well.
Thank you for using our company.
Arrived on time. Tech very experienced, troubled shoot the problem before making telling me the pump needed to be replaced. It was decision to replace the pump. Customer service the main objective. Tech explained the procedure while completing the repairs.
Thank you for your business.
When scheduling service, the customer service was good. The service was prompt - however, way overpriced. I asked the worker how a well pump could be $800 when they're $300 something at Lowe's. He said, "Well, I don't use the Lowe's brand. I only use the best." Based on that assurance, I went ahead with the service. $1100 later, I researched the type of well pump he used and yep, it was the $300 Lowe's pump. Very upset at being lied to. The worker also didn't clean up his mess & left the old well pump laying in the yard. Cust. Serv: "Well he shouldn't have told you that." Gee, that's helpful.
Thank you for your business. Sorry our pricing wasn't explained to you very well. You can buy a pump from places like Lowe's and Home Depot for $3-400.00, but doing the work yourself is always cheaper. Our pumps are not the same ones sold at these stores. We are competitively priced with other licensed well drillers and pump installers that are full service and we warranty everything we do. We are also priced right within HomeAdvisors suggested pricing. Thank you again for using our company.
Very knowledgeable about wells, pumps and pressure tanks. They don't pressure you into doing something you don't want and they explain what they are doing and how it works. The repairman was very nice.
Thank you for your business.
They were really great people who seem to know the por business and care about their customers. The only reason for the 4 instead of a 5 rating is some inefficiency of scheduling, but I would call the again in a heartbeat.
Thank you for your business. Sorry about any issues with scheduling.
Could not get anyone to call me back after the job was done. Service man was very professional and was very quick at his work. But the person who claimed to be the owner would not call me back to change an appointment that was made for Monday, service was done on Saturday and the service person showed up on Monday and had no idea of my phone call.
Thank you for your business. Not sure what happened. We try to always call our customers back as soon as possible and we will always back up our work. Sorry about the mix up.
fast response and replaced my well pump promptly as promised. Exprienced technician and good works. Pricey for labor and service though.
Thank you for using our company. We stay competitively priced with other licensed well drillers, pump installers and companies that are full service like we are. We are also priced right within HomeAdvisors suggested pricing.
I have used thiz company a few years ago for well pump repair. They were out the same day and repaired the pump power wire. I was happy with the quick response and repair.
