Job cost more than I expected but I didn't shop it due to the reviews of Bapst. Only problems: left some pipe behind (perhaps I can use it elsewhere) and a leaking cut-off on the main line (I'll try to fix it, shouldn't be difficult unless the valve needs to be replaced, in which case I will call them back out).

Our water went out on the weekend, yet they were still available to come out and check on it. We had two options for repair, one was quicker than the other and they gave good explanation of the options and why we may choose one over the other. Repair was done quickly and when expected.

Bapst, Inc. apologized for the local plumbers and stepped up to the job in spite of the fact that I am "victimized" by American Home Shield! Bapst, Inc. showed up on time, putting other jobs on hold, and had my well pump working within 3 hours. They required me to pay the full bill, 1,700+, and "try to get my $1,500 maximum outta AHS. A.H.S. found a plumbing co. 90 miles from me. That company called a day later and informed me that they are sorry, they don't service that distance. Go Figure! Nine days now and no $1,500 Max coverage from A.H.S. !!

came out the day that I talked to them and replaced the pump. The cost was pretty close to what I was expecting. I could have found it cheaper, but could not have received the level of service from any other company. I high recommend them.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
