All the technicians were professional in their knowledge and answered all of our questions, they cleaned up everything after the installation. The office person kept us informed of times and dates, and set up the inspection and did all the permit handling, and explained every step of the process. Low stress process.

Outrageously priced and good enough with the scare factor to convince you to pay it. Their price for diagnosing the problem was 255, my second company did the same for 69. To fix the problem, Savior wanted over $1400, second opinion...$723. Much more interested in thinking I was a woman, disabled and therefore they were going to sell me a NEW UNIT.

We felt very comfortable getting a call back from Savior Home Services concerning the Dryer and Duct cleaning we wanted done. With no pressure or pushy sales tactic, a estimate was provided for the work we wanted done. Following our decision to proceed, a very timely appointment was set up. Although there was a schedule change requested by the company on the day of service, the workers did show up and did a great job. Especially noteworthy was the wrap up effort they made in making sure all areas of their work were clean and put back they way they were. I did think their pricing was a bit high for the work done but for us it was money well spent.

They responded quickly, were very professional, and took extra time to make sure we understood exactly what the problem was and what was involved. Our technician also explained different levels of service according to price. This will be our service company from now on.

Do not pay them upfront. After we had set a specific day and time to have the job done, I had to call them as I was waiting for them that day. At that point, they told me they would not be able to do the job that day. I got a little upset and said I would cancel everything and that I wanted my money back. They ended up doing the job that day. I was pleased with the outcome, but I would hesitate to hire them again.

Chad, the electrician that advised me through the entire process of replacing AC unit & cleaning ducts & was very knowledgeable, open minded and not overbearing-- truly cares about the customer and willing to work with him/her and build long term customer relations.     HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
