We had two unsuccessful AC service calls by another company before I called Savior. Savior came out quickly and had to fix what the other company did and basically rebuild our AC. It took three days of hard work but they basically rebuilt our unit and charged the rate we were quoted. They even worked late into the evening to work on the unit. That is dedication. I did have to call to get an update so that is the only reason that I down graded the customer service, but honestly I would not hesitate to use them again. The AC is blowing cold and they guarantee their work for one year.

The specialist was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and gave me various estimates on the options for cleaning and maintenance and was not pushy trying to "upsell" his services. I will definitely continue to use their services
