I’ve been eyeballing a crack on my stucco for sometime around a framed window which was previously a door, that looked and felt repaired without consideration to code from the previous home owners. As time went on the crack began to spread and became noticeable. Did my search for reputable contractors and stumbled upon DANZIG PROFESSIONAL FINISHES INC, and I’m glad I did. Put out and inquiry for pricing and their team contacted me within minutes. Few days later had a price quote that was exceptionally reasonable and work got started right away. We were walked through the plan for care, what the expect and the time for the project. The team was professional and friendly. Highly recommend their services and will be using them for future projects.

Our HOA searched for over 6 months to find a company to repair our entrance wall. Finally we found Danzig ! We were given a fair quote and they explained the process for the repairs, gave us a good time frame and answered all our questions. They even made a couple of smaller repairs without being asked or charging for them. Their knowledge and expertise was evident in their work. We were very pleased and impressed with the finished product. I highly recommend Danzig Professional Finishes, Inc !

This is a Family run business and making the customer happy is high on their list of things to do they take pride in their work and they will quickly correct anything that the customer questions. if you need stucco work done or painting call them they will get it done right.

The two brothers painted the house; however, they were to come back and "fine line" everything! They DID NOT!!! they were also to paint my patio floors twice, ONLY ONE COAT, for which i was willing to pay extra, (this was decided after the contract was drawn up) There is significant signs of "overspray" as well as, i had asked them to please remove nails and screws that were randomly on the side of the house, to be patched and touched up! (they did some), but not all. I feel as though they "yes mam' me! just to tell me what i wanted to hear! The mother is their boss, everything went through her first. I've texted her and Koby, they assured me they would be back to finish the touchups! I called, i texted, the wife was sick, then another excuse was he had car trouble. They are from Leesburg. I kept asking them to come on certain days WHEN I WOULD BE THERE TO GO OVER EVERYTHING, I have 2 jobs, with an unusual schedule. they pressured me into paying the balance owed, so she could close out the books! and was assured by the mom and Koby they would be back to tighten up everything... they painted the window Cills on the front of the house but never came back to do the 2 remaining window Cills on the back of the house. also, the concrete block showed signs of cracking where the plaster was original to the house from 1996, showed signs of builder grade paint and not being primed first (way back then) some the cracks were not taken care of.. there is also splotches of paint from roller brush on the house where it shouldn't be. I have bricks on the corners of the front of the house, which they painted it black for me, however, they didn't not SPRAY PAINT THAT, they missed A WHOLE BUNCH of spots where you can see the white primer when you look closely, it just looks terrible! looks good from the street, but they didn't care about making me satisfied once they received my money!! bottom line, THE JOB WAS NOT DONE AT 100% PLAIN AND SIMPLE

Kiley and the Danzig team have been great! Our home needed extensive repairs due to storm and flooding, including interior drywall work, laying tile flooring, electrical, plumbing, window replacement, exterior stucco work, and roof repairs. I hired Danzig to do the stucco and drywall work. They did an excellent job for a great price. I have had problems with other sub-contractors on electrical and plumbing, and Danzig was able to fix the plumber's and electrician's mistakes. I have since had them install new windows, paint, and lay tile, and all of their workmanship has been excellent. They also re-built the chimney which was damaged. Kiley and his brother are also wonderful people, easy to talk to, and willing to go out of their way to make my life easier. They are experienced and expert in all manner of construction. Highly recommended!
