These men communicated very well and gave an excellent presentation. Had high hopes for success of these men. Paid $450 cash for a stucco patch, and unfortunately, several days after when I began painting, their stucco patch was crumbling off when the paint roller touched it. Waited few more days, and the stucco patch still falls off by simply rubbing my finger over it. Is this normal for stucco patch repair? Anyone have any suggestions?
We visited Lios home 3 different times regarding the minor repairs to the cementitious coating on his block home, the first visit we explained the process and the following visit we proceeded to mend the areas while explaining that stucco has a 30 day cure period, after the work was complete lio was happy and the patches looked great, the next day he gave us a 5 star review. But after only 3 days we received messages stating that lio had begun scraping the stucco with a tool and was questioning if sand belonged in stucco. We returned and fixed what he had done but only a day after lio had yet again scraped the stucco and claimed 3 unnamed com
