In our home, the intake valve on the guest bath toilet failed. Water spewed out, flooding the bathroom, two adjacent bedrooms and the hallway. Water also ran down to the basement bedroom closet. Dalton Brothers was the first professional to respond to our on-line request for help from Angie’s. Dalton arrived within the hour, inspected the damage and detailed what needed to be done. We agreed and Dalton immediately began work. Throughout the project, Dalton coordinated with our insurance claims specialist. Dalton Brothers’ employees are skilled, conscientious, professional, kind, and a pleasure to have around. We felt confident about their knowledge and skills. They handled the job from repair through restoration and we throughly enjoyed their company. We have already recommended Dalton Brothers to friends and family!

We were put into a particularly stressful situation which I am sure many folks will end up in, with a quick freeze causing flooding chaos in our bathroom and bedroom on a heavily snowed and frozen day in January. From the initial call to action with Angi the morning after the night before, Mike and his team arrived the same day, assessed the situation and had installed remediation via fans and dehumidifiers that same evening. From there, he and his team were able to repair every aspect of our home that needed additional work in and end to end capacity either addressing the issues directly with his team or utilizing fantastic sub contractors who were as friendly and efficient in their work. We went from rooms that were in really rough shape to completely repaired, repainted and recarpeted in a relatively short time and we are extremely grateful for the help and care throughout. It takes a lot for me to trust folks, you can trust this team for sure!
