Write a ReviewWe were not pleased with our DaBella experience. Some things were done well (install, mostly) and other things poorly (sales, communication). The sales team talked a great game, agreeing with our choices and pointing out the fact that our choice of color (white) was extremely easy to procure, so no problem there. The time frame was tight as we were expecting guests for a week, but we were told it could be done based on the simplicity (2 adjacent baths with only new inserts to be installed) and the color choice. Well, it wasn?t done on time. We had to wait until our guests had come and gone and the holidays were over. There was no communication from DaBella regarding all this. We were told to expect a flurry of calls or texts, getting everything together for us. We did all the reaching out, getting little in reply. The sales person (David ***) pretty much disappeared after he set things up. The Project Manager (Sierra) did nothing until after the entire project was completed, asking us for payment. What was she managing? The installers were very fast and efficient, completing the work in one day. The contact for installation (Chance) reached out to us making sure that the time/day would work. The next day Sierra called, telling us to expect a call from the installers. Too late! Our only complaint with the installation was there was virtually no cleanup afterwards. They left a water key sticking up out of the shutoff valve in the front yard, and various pieces of trash in the street and driveway in front of the house. The bathrooms were also extremely dirty and dusty afterwards, so we had to clean up before we could use them. Bottom line: the install finally looks great but the sales promises and poor communication detracted from the experience. There was also a huge disconnect between the installers and the company. They were given the wrong address (sales staff) and had to call to find us the day of the install. They also did not include a specific shower fixture in both bathrooms that we asked for, because it was in the attachment to the contract. Thankfully, they did come back the next day and put those fixtures in. As a final insult, DaBella sent us a coupon code for a free bag of coffee from Black Rifle Coffee as a thank you for our business. It did not work, so no coffee, but no surprise either.
Pretty expensive but the quality of work and materials are top notch. Their installer Chance (I hope I got that right) is amazing. He wastes no time. Got right to work, had demo complete in 40 minutes and was ahead of schedule with install. Very polite and talented.
The worst we've EVER EVER HAD!!!!!! These people don't know the left from there right we had a house full of people they all know that and all the details they just shook their heads! We a rep!$@##d to say the least turns out they have one person installing? Name is chance I was told not good!!!!#????

After a little glitch, my husband called Dabella and Dustin reached out to us, he went above and beyond to help us get a new roof. He was professional and kind helped us get the best financing and got our roof installed before the snow started flying. We had a new roof and gutters installed. Everything looks awesome. I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job.
These girls were a delight to work with. They were very professional and had a good knowledge of their product. Meredith and Rosio are a great team.
