Roofing Project Do not recommend this contractor. High-pressure sales tactics. This is the typical contractor who promises a lot but fails to deliver a timely project. Signed a contract in November 2023, it is now the end of February 2024, and still do not have a finished project. Three times this week alone (Feb) changed the start date. Contractor excuses after excuses, blaming permitting or labor shortages. Communication is terrible. The only schedule updates you get is if you call them and then it's just a call center. If you don't ask the exact question, you don't get any information. Received conflicting start dates within their communication between their sub-contractors.

Do not use. Typical lame contractor with high pressure sales tactics, and extremely long delays. Blaming delays on everything else (permitting, labor shortages) but not able to complete job in a timely manner. Signed a contract in November 2023, it is now the end of February and the job is not started. Latest estimated start is March. Called three times this week alone to delay project. The only way you get information about your project is if you call them. You also have to ask the right questions, or you get no information. Instead of trying to make it right they just quote you the contract.

James and Conner came out to take a look at my parents at home which had a roof replaced back in 2000 by dad. James explained in detail what my dad did versus what should have been done. He illustrates the process and materials used. Once again-very detailed. Price was more than what we wanted to pay but the warranty behind it and the extra work that went along with roof installation made sense. They offered financing to meet our needs. Best part of it if I have any questions or concerns I have James personal cell phone number. Customer service is huge.

We had Brian Ray come out to give us an estimate on replacing our roof, but after talking with him and getting educated on the condition of our roof. Then getting educated on the way a roof should be installed. We decided that this was the company we wanted to do business with. Also know the staff doing the work will have been trained and get retained each year makes me feel they will do the right thing for the customers. Brian was not pushy but instead explained everything in details that we could understand. Looking forward to the day they install the new roof.

We have called them numerous times to get a starting date. So far they have ignored our phone calls. No response to any of our questions except acknowledge them but NOT answer them. They have not started work, we gave them a deposit and it has been a few weeks now. For a business just starting out in the San Diego area, you would think they would be more responsive when it comes to customer service. Might change some of these responses if they ever get around to responding to our phones calls and after they replace our roof.

The representative,Kevin Stone, came out and gave a thorough and professional quote which lead me to Dabella installing new tub/showers in 2 Bathrooms.
