Write a ReviewThe installers were terrible! Was told the job would be done in a day , 2 at the most. They started the first day doing the tear off...tore off my back porch roof that wasn't suppose to come off {only 2 months old} .They did replace it but also broke my front porch roof but refused to do anything about it. Installer was witnessed urinating in front yard and another smoking and putting his cigarettes out on the new roof and leaving the butts there {3}, The salesmen were nice and polite, but never did a follow up on the work that was done and some of what they promised was never done. Seemed in the long run they just wanted to get the sale . Had to go out of our way to contact the main office numerous times as we had not heard anything after the initial first visit from the salesmen [we had given them a large deposit and were thinking we might have been scammed, very stressful]. The quality of the material is excellent!

After they were done cleaning up, my son almost stepped on a partial roll of nail in the grass. Other than that they did a very good job.
They promised cleanup but I had to pick up water bottles and small pieces of roofing this week. The only information that I received was they would arrive Thursday 8am, while the whole project was 80% complete that day, they did not arrive to finish it until well afternoon on Friday so they were still working late into the evening on Friday Forgot to install the new sky lights,and left all their supplies and inventory including a huge dumptruck in my driveway all weekend. Sunday afternoon they came to retrieve it, again no advanced warning, and they pulled down my utility lines in the process. Overall I did not get the customer servive they spent an hour n my home promising me. Very unhappy!

Installers were exceptionally hard working, professional and friendly. They stayed late to complete the project. Plus they really did a good job cleaning up after the job. The tub install looks great!
I am satisfied with the workmanship and the quality services performed by the contractor.
I bit on the pricey side but I think it was worth it for a 50 yr Warranty on my roof
It only took two days to tear off the old cedar shakes and install the new.. They had extra work because of all the staples.. I am very happy at this time...
they did a five star job.
