We have not been on the Angi/HomeAdvisor service for couple of years so we hadn't seen this review until now (3/23/23). Thanks very much for your review, Barbara - it is much appreciated!

Dear Randy V. Thanks for taking the time to write this cancel review. As you know, you were very specific with your desire to get your work done, including very specific pictures sent to our office. You were so specific, in fact, that you told the "young girl" that you wouldn't want our service if we could not clean the coil to your satisfaction. We did try to call you back but received a "number not in service" recording 5 different times that we called. (You might recall that the phone service providers were having nationwide difficulties that week). The great thing about HomeAdvisor is that you get to choose from many companies wanting to get your work. Your lead, by the way, cost us 25.00 upfront just for the "privilege" of talking to you, so as you can probably imagine it is in our best interest to return every call to the best of our ability. (It is, of course, what we do on a daily basis...). Now, you will never have to find out how great our service really is. Thank you again for your comments, wash your hands often and stay safe in these trying times.
