I had 2 bathrooms with water damage which needed remodeling. Michael, the owner of D S Builders, was very easy to work with. From the start, he was helpful in directing me to the places I would need to obtain the necessary supplies, i.e. tile, fixtures, lights, toilets, bathtub, ect. His paperwork was organized and specific to the time the work would take, when payments were due and the order the work would be done. He is prompt, polite and very detail oriented and he managed his sub-contractors without issue. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of everyday. He was always ready to discuss the progress, problems or alternate ways to complete the work. He is a very good communicator; and he made sure we were always on the same page. Furthermore, the quality of the work performed was outstanding! I could not have wished for a more perfect outcome! I love both my new bathrooms, and I would hire this company again in a minuet to compete any other projects.

DS Builders are very professional. I highly recommend their services. I have recommended them to my friends. I have used their services 3 separate times, deck repair and the remodel of 3 bathrooms. Currently, they are working on the remodel of our kitchen. They arrive when scheduled, finished job is just as quoted and clean up is as you would expect. They are helpful in suggesting ideas that I had not thought of. Mindful of a budget is another bonus of DS Builders.

We have worked with DS Builders for years. Mike is simply amazing. He has attention to detail, is responsive and very easy to work with. He trouble shoots any issues with ease and has many great ideas and suggestions if needed. He will make your unique vision possible. His work is impeccable and he finishes jobs in a timely manner. While working on your home he keeps everything clean and tidy, which is much appreciated! When ever we have a project we always call Mike. We have used him for multiple remodels (including bathroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry room and outdoor space). We would recommend DS Builders for any project you have. We will continue to call Mike when we need any home improvement/remodel/additions. He is the best contractor we have ever worked with. Stop scrolling and call DS Builders. You wonâ t regret it.

They came when they said they would, worked very quickly and stuck to the agreed budget. I called them once when my roof started leaking during a major storm. Mike arrived in an hour and went up on the roof during the storm to do a temporary fix that minimized the damage we had. They go above and beyond the call fortheir clients. I have used Mike at DS Builders about 6 times between minor repair to floor to ceiling remodeling. Mike is completely reliable and delivers on his word. He listens to what I'm looking for and sometimes has awesome design ideas of his own. I don't take giving 5 star ratings lightly but Mike at DS Builders earned. I wouldn't use anyone else! Lastly, Mike is honest and prices fairly.

We also had the entire interior painted. All projects were finished when promised. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Beautiful work.
