Reviews
Write a ReviewThey did a great job and clean there mess and were very professional I would recommend them to my friends and family
They did a great job opening our pool. Very personable and knowledgeable. Would recommend.
Everything was great? right up until they made crucial mistakes during installation. They misjudged the placement of the uprights, apparently, so the joint where the sidewall bolts together is not behind a post as it should be, and if we fill the pool the sidewall will fail. They started filling the pool, left for a few hours, and said the pool needed 10? of water before they could cut the liner to install the skimmer. They came back and the pool only had 3? of water, but they cut the liner anyway, in the wrong places, and although they said they?d fix any issues, they haven?t. They also improperly installed the thru the wall skimmer, not using the multiple baffles that keep the skimmer from leaking. So we have a pool improperly installed, a liner we can?t salvage, and a wrinkled mess both in the bottom of the pool and on 50% of the sidewall. We?ve been trying to get them to come back for 2 days. If we have a windstorm, this $5000 pool is going to collapse.
they were sent out by "The great escape" as the installer of my pool. they came in put in the pool and we told them about a number of spots they needed to fix or address during that process and they never fixed then came the electrical installation part which they charged us a separate charge ($1500.00) to install the receptacle and trench the power line for it they Used the wrong conduit (Emt) instead of the mandatory Ridgid conduit required by the city.. we failed inspection and find out not only was it the wrong way to install the electrical system but it was illegal and dangerous.. we attempted to contact (Diego) the project manager for D&R and he instead would not send any one to fix it and has since blocked my phone number.... stay away from this company !
They were so awesome love them will be using again
D.R Installs did an amazing job with my recent home installation project. The team was professional, efficient, and their attention to detail was top-notch. I highly recommend their services!
We used DR Installs for a kitchen project and we couldnâ t be happier with the results. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.
Everyone on the DR Install team knows and understand their work. They always have answer and provide them in a timely fashion and have done so in a number of different jobs/areas. I have used them for other work, as well.
