"After remodeling my whole house, I waited 25 years to take out the tub in my 50 year old condo. Joe estimated the job to be 3 days and provided an estimate. I was excited that the baths completed projects begun a year ago. Demo of the tub enclosure went well and my downstairs neighbor called about water leaking into her laundry room. When we went down water was pouring out of the main hallway smoke detector 60 feet away from the bath. Joe and his outstanding analysis and problem solving took care of the problem. The next day, she called with a leak in her guest room. Joe and his crew were fantastic while problem solving their way through working for me and my neighbor. The next day the kitchen was leaking. Sunny Day had a commitment to service that comes with a guarantee of quality work, open communications and excellent focus on progress. The crew starts early and it took two weeks, but I am ecstatic about the beauty of my new bathrooms. I provide my highest recommendation to Sunny Day because although my house had to be re-piped, Joe had his cleaning service change my house from a construction zone filled with concrete and drywall dust into a sparkling clean house ready for Architectural Digest Magazine. Sunny Day is the best and Joe does marvelous work and is knowledgeable and professional."

"I was interested in adding a bathroom to my basement and when I received the quote, it was very reasonable. I was not ready to start immediately but he was sure to follow up with me. "I highly recommend Henryâ s Home Improvement for any of your home remodeling projects. Jim, the owner, and his crew were courteous, honest, trustworthy, and did a fabulous job. They provided a fair price and consulted me on each step of the remodel. In addition, they were respectful of my property and cleaned up each day. I attempted to remodel my bathroom by myself with disastrous results. Thatâ s when my family took me aside and said, â Hire someone Momâ . Not knowing who to call, I logged into Home Advisors and completed my request. Although I had several responses and a couple of estimates, I felt comfortable with Jim Henry. "My husband and I are VERY happy with America"s Construction Experts. We initially hired them for a bathroom remodel that turned out beautifully. We've never hired anyone before for something like this, but David (the owner) is very personable, kind and willing to work with you to make it more affordable. The installer was very kind, respectful and does great work. It was such a pleasure working with them that we hired them to remodel our unfinished basement. The quality is top notch. Everything turned out awesome. David was always checking in to make sure we were happy and everything was ok. My husband and I decided that we would most definitely hire them again."

"Although at this point the work hasn't started, this project had a lot of obstacles. The owner made multiple visits and we spoke several times to help figure out a way to reach goals without charge. He was very generous with his time and helped to figure the most cost effective way to get started and progress. He listens and goes beyond the call of duty.
