DRC State of the Art, LLC

Dale Cox is the owner of DRC he is trustworthy and honest. I loved that he is also a engineer and drew up the plans needed for my remodel. My remodel took a year to complete but I love how it turned out. The only problem I had was the consistency and quality of some of his sub contracted crew. He was always willing to correct it but that took more time when we just wanted to get it finished. Wayne the on-site supervisor was great at communicating with me and letting me know who was coming and when. Overall, I would definitely recommend DRC for you home projects.

DRC State of the Art built a little addition for me last year that included a bathroom. I will keep this short and to the point: my family and I have done a lot of work with contractors in our day and working with Dale Cox is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Point blank.

Dale and his crew were prompt all thru the process. Very professional crew and willing to follow any updates or special requests. Excellent communications from the crew mgr all along the way.

Dale who owns and manages the company is the heart of this firm. He was very good about suggesting and meeting timelines and his attention to detail was superb, sometimes picking up details to be completed which I had missed. A couple of the sub contractors were not as efficient, needing to come back several times to adjust new cabinets for example. But the most important thing was Dale's trustworthiness in getting things right and keeping in touch with updates, changes, problems and so on. I can certainly recommend DRC.

DRC construction has been phenomenal. All of the workers have been professional, kind, and taken the extra steps in ensuring that our home was not too chaotic. Such gestures as sweeping the construction site and having a manager overseeing projects on a daily basis. At times we faced some weather issues that caused delays, but the team was always ready to keep working and they found strategic ways to get passed the issues that arose as is common when renovating a home. Dale has been thorough, direct, honest, professional, kind, and just went above and beyond. Everyone including his assistant Wayne are amazing to work with and really put us at ease. Dale has definitely reflected a culture of integrity in his company. As for the final project, we are in love. It is exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with on this project. Our family would recommend him and his company to anyone and we look forward to working with again on other projects.

This isn't the first remodel I have done, but it has been the best experience by far. My wife and I were expecting a child, and gave Dale a specific date everything had to be done by. Based on past experiences I didn't actually expect it to happen, but he got it done, and didn't rush through it. He was very accommodating to our needs of having to live through the house. The project was planned so as to displace us as little as possible throughout. His guys stayed on schedule for the most part (a couple rain delays, but there is nothing we could do about that). Overall I would recommend DRC to anyone.
