DiAmico Design was very efficient and expeditious in contract signing to plans development and completion of plans in timely manner. Michele new all the rules/regs of City and County of Honolulu, which made for easy progress to completion of panning and permitting process. I would highly recommend DiAmico Design services. DiAmico Design is very prompt on returning calls after leaving message. She came out on a Sunday to give my son a estimate for a permit and a drawing. Michele knows a great deal in this business and I admire her for it. She's a good business women and I recommend her.

from start to finish, michele seemed to advocate project and cost with my check book in mind without cutting corners. She went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining contractors to do the job expertly within a tiny window of time. I am grateful to have met her. FIVE STARS DO NOT DO HER JUSTICE!!!!!

Michele is very easy to work with and meets her deadlines as expected. Our plans didn't quite meet the rules/regs of our association which delays the approval from DPP but Michele was there to work with our association and resubmit updated plans as needed to both our association and DPP. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the cost of the project.

Feedback: Initial meeting went well, however, 1) Many communication errors as plans required several revisions due to hit and miss communications...2) Frequent follow up required on communications,D'Amico often does not repsond in a timely fashion 3) Contract called for six hard copy plans, received only one from D'Amico, despite reuqesting for one more plan, D'Amico has stopped communications. 4) Concern is when construction phase begins, will get little or no support as communications appears to have stopped and potential contract and/or ethic issues loom.
Response from Company:
This client received everything per the contract and more at no additional cost. Design and drawings were done per his specifications. Since the project was being done owner-builder he received advice as he moved forward at each phase. Any changes requested were done in a timely manner and at no addiitonal cost. During the construction we even redesigned the foundation.
