After a rough start where worker came unprepared to do the job, everything went quite well. They did a good job and they charged what they said they would. They did a good job for a fair price.

Derek was great from the start. He met my wife at home on her lunch hour and was on time/prompt. He didn't try to 'oversell' like another contractor we had on site and his bid came in far, far less than the other. Work began on time/as scheduled and his job site colleagues were tidy and professional. There were no delays or surprises/gotchas and the quality of the work was exceptional. We are very pleased with DC Tile's work and commend them on a job well done! Thanks.

Derek and his team were very good to work with. Derek offered good advice on finishes and design of the marble so that it had more visual interest. While the project took longer than I had hoped it was not due to Derek and his team it was do to other work (plumbing) that needed to be done based on other changes I made. They did a great job installing the tiles and even let us pick up to ten tiles we wanted to change out since the tiles are marble each one is unique. They cleaned up and left the house in great condition. We also trusted Derek as most of the work was done without my being there and he never let us down. We're very pleased

We are still choosing tile but Derek is great.We had 4 responces and we chose him because he seems friendly and knowledgable and is willing to let us do the prep work giving us the advice we need to do it properly.We are looking forward to a completed tile job and are very confident in him and his abilities.
